1.     Fold origami according to written directions.

2.     Peel an apple using a knife.  Make the single longest piece of peel possible.

3.     A miniature model of a sailboat was displayed on a table.  Carve a replica of the sailboat using ivory soap.

4.     Carve the ossicles using soap.

5.     Answer questions from a standardized personality test.

6.     Toss 3 playing cards into a model skull.

7.     Shoot a Nerf basketball at a small basketball hoop.

8.     Swing an umbrella like it was a golf club.

9.     Knot tying: Throw a two-handed knot, a one-handed knot, and an instrument tied knot.

10.  Suturing: In a sponge, perform a simple interrupted suture and a vertical mattress suture.

11.  Tie a knot while using the microscope.

12.  Play a small hand-held game to try to get marbles into holes.

13.  Draw a detailed human neck with a pencil and paper while being interviewed.

14.  Look at ear exam slides and describe them.

15.  Workup a case of aural fullness, tinnitus, and vertigo.

16.  Look at this simple drawing of a bus.  Which way is it traveling?

17. If your application says you play the guitar: There is a guitar in the corner, do you want to play something for us?
